Products and food information

We sell prepacked ready-to-eat food. Product pages show the product name, pack size, ingredients and key nutritional information before purchase. Best-before and traceability details are printed on the product supplied. If you have an allergy or intolerance, check the current ingredients on the product page and pack before eating.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery cost and service are shown in checkout before payment. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully completed.

Delivery

Online delivery is currently limited to UK addresses. The available delivery charge and service are shown during checkout before you pay. We will dispatch orders as promptly as reasonably possible and will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. If you wish to cancel an online order, contact us as soon as possible. Rights to return food can depend on the circumstances and condition of the goods, including whether a legal exception applies to rapidly deteriorating or unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods. Do not return food without contacting us first.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, email hello@buckwildbiltong.co.uk with your order details and photographs where relevant so we can put it right.

Availability

Products may sell out. If we cannot supply an item after payment, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.
