OUR STORY

After tasting proper biltong in South Africa, we came home wanting the same depth of flavour and proper texture. So we went looking for biltong we genuinely wanted to eat ourselves — traditional air-drying, quality ingredients and serious flavour.

Buckwild isn't just a name. It's a standard. We keep things simple, source excellent biltong and never compromise on quality.

Our Original Beef follows the classic seasoned route. Stripped Back goes right back to four ingredients: beef, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and rosemary extract. Both share our focus on taste, quality and proper air-dried biltong.
